01 / Generate PDF

Stop sending images
one by one.

A folder of lesson photos does not have to become a long trail of attachments. Turn a whole batch into one neatly ordered PDF, with control over quality and file size.

  1. Bring in your pages.Choose images from your gallery, drag them in, or capture a page with your camera.
  2. Put the story in order.Preview your images, remove unwanted pages and drag to rearrange. Move buttons also make ordering easy on phones.
  3. Choose the finish. Save your PDF.Use AI Tiny for small, text-focused files, Balanced for a middle ground, or Original Color for color-rich pages.
Try it with your class notes

24 photographed pages → 1 PDF.Arrange the notes by topic, choose a compression preset, then attach the PDF to an AI chat that accepts documents.

  • Quality & width controls
  • Grayscale
  • Contrast enhancement
  • Text cleanup
  • Smart orientation
  • Custom filenames

Upload limits and reading quality depend on your chosen AI service and the clarity of your source pages.

Upload images, check the page previews and generate your PDF.
Arrange pages using drag, touch handles or move buttons.
Fine-tune compression or choose a ready-made preset.

02 / PDF Splitter

You need the chapter.
Not the whole book.

Already have the textbook as a PDF? Skip taking screenshots page by page. Select a range once and save those pages as a focused PDF for your lesson, revision session or AI task.

  1. Open the book or document.Attach your master PDF. It is processed locally on your device.
  2. Choose the printed pages.Enter a range such as 153–207, or combine selections such as 12–18, 35, 50–55. All, Odd and Even shortcuts are available too.
  3. Account for the opening pages. If the PDF starts with 6 unnumbered title, contents or introduction pages, enter 6 as the front-page offset.
  4. Export the exact selection.Save the smaller PDF, then share it or attach it to your preferred AI tool.
The page-number difference, made simple

Printed pages 153–207 + 6 front pages means PDF file pages 159–213. The exported document contains 55 pages. Check where printed page 1 begins before choosing the offset.

The offset works for a consistent run of page numbers. If a book restarts its numbering or skips pages, check the relevant section before exporting.

Choose your page range, account for front pages and check the selection before exporting.
A teacher’s shortcut

“I need the chapter for tomorrow’s lesson.”
Open the PDF. Select the chapter. Export once. No page-by-page screenshots.

03 / PDF Merger

Separate documents.
One complete story.

Keep a project, lesson pack or report together. Combine two or more PDFs, arrange the file order, and save one document that is easier to find and share.

  1. Add two or more PDFs.Bring in your documents together or add more to the list as you go.
  2. Arrange before you combine.Drag the files into order or use the move buttons. The merged page ranges update as you rearrange.
  3. Choose your page numbering.Leave new numbering off to retain the originals. Or add a continuous sequence alongside existing numbers or over a selected footer position.
  4. Save the finished pack.Give the combined file a name and download or save it.
A complete teaching pack

8 pages of notes + 9 pages of practice = 17 pages.Place the notes first and the exercises second. Optional new page numbers run from 1 to 17.

Cover mode places a white patch at your chosen footer position; it does not automatically find old page numbers. Position the new numbers, then check the saved PDF.

Arrange your PDFs, follow the updated page ranges and choose whether to add new numbers.
Useful beyond the classroom

Bring a proposal, scope of work and supporting documents into one client-ready pack, in the order you want them read.

For schools, colleges & learning centers

Spend less time preparing files.
More time preparing minds.

Your book is already a PDF. Give AI the relevant chapter—not dozens of individual screenshots or an entire book when you only need one topic.

01 / PICK

Choose the lesson

Find the pages covering the topic, learning objective or exam unit you want to teach.

02 / PREPARE

Extract the pages

Use PDF Splitter to export just that range. Add the front-page offset when needed.

03 / ASK

Brief your AI

Attach the focused PDF to your chosen AI tool. Ask for notes, questions, revision cards or a lesson outline.

04 / REFINE

Make it classroom-ready

Check the draft against the source, adjust difficulty and marking, then prepare your final teaching material.

A selected chapter beside teacher-reviewed AI notes or a question-paper draft.

Saadi PDF prepares your source files. Your chosen AI service creates the draft content; it is separate from Saadi PDF and is not included in these plans. Teachers review the final material.

Turn a chapter into clear notes

Using only the attached chapter, create clear study notes for Grade 8. Include key ideas, simple definitions, worked examples where relevant, and a short recap. Refer to the source pages and flag anything the chapter does not explain.

Build a focused question-paper draft

Using only the attached pages, draft a 40-mark question paper: 10 multiple-choice questions worth 1 mark each, 5 short questions worth 2 marks each, and 4 longer questions worth 5 marks each. Include an answer key, a marking guide and source-page references. Balance recall, understanding and application.

Beyond the classroom

Wherever there are documents,
there is a simpler way.

Use the PDF tools on their own, or prepare approved material for an AI workflow. The everyday benefit is the same: fewer scattered files, clearer handovers.

Schools & academies

Build chapter packs, combine notes with worksheets, and prepare focused source PDFs for AI-assisted lesson planning.

Example: one science chapter + a worksheet + revision questions.

Banks & financial teams

Arrange selected statement pages, supporting documents and application attachments into a clear review pack.

Example: selected statement pages + application + supporting records.

Businesses & consultants

Combine proposals and supporting PDFs, extract the relevant part of a report, or turn photographed receipts into one file.

Example: proposal + scope of work + product specifications.

HR & administration

Keep onboarding documents, training extracts and policy pages together in the order a new colleague needs them.

Example: welcome guide + selected policies + training handouts.

Students & researchers

Keep relevant reading together, create PDFs from handwritten notes and combine chapter extracts for focused revision.

Example: three chapter extracts in one topic-based study pack.

Trainers & independent professionals

Deliver a clear reading pack instead of scattered attachments. Reuse the pages that are relevant to each audience.

Example: workshop notes + exercises + reference pages.

A few good questions

Clear answers.
Before you begin.

Know what the tools do, how access works, and which plan suits the way you work.

Does Saadi PDF create notes or question papers with AI?

Saadi PDF prepares the source document. It turns images into PDFs, extracts relevant book pages and combines files. You attach the prepared PDF to your chosen AI service and ask it to draft notes, questions or lesson material. AI service access is separate, and you should review its output before using it.

Do I need to photograph every page of a PDF book?

No. If you already have the book as a PDF, use PDF Splitter to select the pages you need. Image upload and camera capture are useful when your original material exists as paper, photos or scans instead.

Why does the splitter ask about unnumbered front pages?

A PDF may begin with a cover, title page and contents before printed page 1. Enter that count so the app can translate printed page numbers into PDF file positions. For example, 6 front pages means printed page 153 is PDF file page 159. Check the source if its numbering changes partway through.

Can I arrange PDFs and add a new page-number sequence?

Yes. Add two or more PDFs, then reorder the files. Their merged page ranges update automatically. You can leave new numbers off, add a separate sequence, or cover a chosen footer position. The app does not automatically locate old page numbers, so check your final output.

Can I use Saadi PDF on a phone?

The web app works in supported browsers on phones, tablets and computers. Upload images, arrange pages with touch handles or move buttons, and use the PDF splitter and merger. The Lifetime Offline installer is for Windows 64-bit computers, not a native phone app.

What does Lifetime Offline mean?

The $80 plan is a one-time Windows offline license with no local activation expiry or recurring offline subscription fee. Internet is needed for the first successful login. Activation is remembered on the Windows account. If access is blocked or deleted, it locks when the app next reaches the server. Changing Windows accounts or deleting app data may require another online login.

Are my documents uploaded to Saadi servers?

PDF processing happens on your own device. Login and account-status checks contact the access server, but your PDF and image content is processed locally. If you later attach a file to an external AI service or send it to someone, that is a separate sharing action you choose.

Are payment and account creation automatic?

No. The plan buttons open a direct WhatsApp conversation with Saadi. We arrange payment and provide your email and password. Device access remains subject to your assigned account limits; ask us about your school or team requirements.

Can I upload password-protected PDFs?

Use a valid, unlocked PDF. Password-protected files need to be unlocked before adding them to the PDF tools. The merger keeps visible filled-form values by flattening those fields in its output.
